You can now make it happen in 8 weeks. With our summer training programs you are guaranteed to improve exactly what you want.
Each program is designed to serve your floorball-specific physical improvement in one of the three important categories: speed, strength and endurance.
All the programs include specific instructions and are easy for you to follow.
These programs are primarily designed for the needs of an outfield player. For goalkeepers interested in our summer training options we recommend to take contact to us, and we will provide you with a similar solution to serve your goals for the next season.
First you will decide the main focus point for your training plan from three categories: speed, strength or endurance.
All the programs also include maintaining training for other two categories, but the main focus is on the chosen quality.
After choosing the main focus point, you will select from two different levels based on your current situation.
Each category has its own experience-based indicator to help deciding the right level.

Making the order is easy.

After your training program choices, you will need to fill in your billing details (full name and address).
After receiving your order we will send you the right program as soon as possible.
You will receive your invoice in a separate message, so remember to check your e-mail after getting your program.
The invoice must be paid in 14 days.
